RN'S

We are currently recruiting for RNs with the following qualifications: An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing degree, a nursing license, and the ability to work independently. RNs need the ability to adapt to different environments quickly and you must also pass the NCLEX-RN exam. Special skills or training or additional certifications are welcomed.

Respiratory Therapists

We are actively recruiting certified Respiratory Therapists and Registered Respiratory Therapists that have an associate or bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy and professional certification. 

LPNs

We are actively recruiting LPNs with an LPN license from the state in which you work and the ability to adapt to different work environments quickly.

EMS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current State of Alabama Paramedic/Credentialed/Transfer Drugs license.
  • Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with fellow employees, hospital staffs, fire departments, rescue squads, police departments, comm. Centers, management, volunteer fire departments and the general public.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to handle conflict situations with good judgment, professionalism and courtesy.
  • Must have a working knowledge of the physical layout, street systems, and demographics of NorthStar EMS coverage area.

GENERAL CONTRACTORS

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M per occurrence/ $2M aggregate, worker's comp if you have W2 employees)
  • Experience working with single- family home investment properties
  • Trade license if applicable
  • Background check (ONLY applies to ongoing maintenance work, does not apply to renovations, or turns work)

CNA'S

  • Current state certification as a CNA.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
  • Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
